With an M.B.A. in Leadership, Kevin’s goal is to leave everyone he comes into contact with more effective in their field. Through worldwide training experience, Executive positions, and Leadership Development, he seeks out clients who understand that professionalism, leadership, and organizational effectiveness are more than taking a good product to market.
Kevin is a frequent public speaker, delivering Keynote addresses and Leadership and Relationship Training sessions worldwide. He has developed a tested and proven Leadership Development System that have benefitted many over the past decades in the industries of Telecommunications, Information Technology, Petroleum and Mining, Energy, Hardware/Software, Semi-Conductor, Financial, Insurance, Manufacturing and Engineering, and Aerospace.
While leading Catalyst 7 Group, he continues to work with CEOs, CFOs, Company Presidents, Boards, VPs, and Management Teams to enhance their leaders effectiveness.

Kevin resides in Ohio with his wife. They have two grown children and three grandchildren.
